Families

Reunification therapy

A specialized form of family therapy that repairs and strengthens the relationship between a parent and child when contact has been limited or strained — often after separation, divorce, or custody proceedings.

When ordered by the court, this work focuses on the best interests of the child. It helps every family member understand the dynamics at play, improve communication, reduce conflict, and gradually rebuild trust in a safe, structured way.

Our licensed clinical therapists use evidence-based approaches, including elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and emotion-focused methods. A faith-based perspective can be included when it fits the family's values and the court order.
